If you would like your order expedited, simply choose the PRIORITY MAIL option when checking out and we will ship your order via PRIORITY MAIL for a $4.00 upcharge. Transit time for Priority Mail is approximately 3 business days.
TERMS OF SERVICE/RETURN POLICY
If you are not sure that our products will work for you, you can try MOST products risk free. If you are not pleased for any reason and would like a refund, you MUST contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization number before returning the item. The product must be returned to us within 30 days from the day you RECEIVE the product to obtain a refund ($100 MAXIMUM). (*EXCEPTIONS 1-3 LISTED BELOW). This offer is to allow you to try a product to be certain it will work for you. We suggest trying a single container to be sure the product performs to your satisfaction before placing quantity orders because no refunds will be issued for multiple quantities of the same item being returned.

Customers are allowed ONE exchange only. Maximum exchange amount is $100.00. No more refunds, credits, or exchanges will be allowed after the first refund, credit, or exchange.
Refunds are only issued via the same form as original payment.

BE OBTAINED FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE PACKAGE BEFORE ANY RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF THE PACKAGE ARRIVES AT OUR WAREHOUSE WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED.
